Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Ryze Fit handles refunds for both trainer platform subscriptions and client-to-trainer coaching payments.
1. Client Coaching Payments
When you pay your trainer for a coaching plan via bank transfer, that payment is between you and the trainer. Ryze Fit does not hold these funds and cannot issue refunds on the trainer's behalf.
As a general rule, coaching payments are non-refundable. Your trainer has allocated time and prepared a program once payment is verified.
If you have a dispute with your trainer:
- Try to resolve it directly with your trainer first.
- If unresolved, email support@ryze-fit.com with details, including screenshots and receipts.
- Our team will review the dispute and may mediate, but we cannot compel a refund. We can however suspend a trainer's account if we find a pattern of bad faith.
2. Exceptions
A trainer may choose to offer a refund voluntarily, for example:
- If they archive you for reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g., they are taking a break, leaving the platform, or experiencing personal circumstances).
- If the coaching never started after payment.
- If a mutual decision is reached within the first few days.
These refunds are processed by the trainer directly to your bank account, not through Ryze Fit.
3. When a Trainer Archives You
A trainer archiving you mid-period does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Look at the stated reason:
- Client request / mutual decision: the trainer may offer a pro-rata refund; this is at their discretion.
- Fraudulent payment, behavior issues: no refund is typically owed.
- No longer interested (from the trainer): you may reasonably request a partial refund from the trainer directly.
4. Trainer Platform Subscriptions
For trainer subscriptions paid through Moyasar:
- The 14-day free trial is free and does not charge your card.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except as required by applicable Saudi consumer law.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the period end; no partial refund is issued.
- If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction), email support within 30 days and we will correct it.
5. How to Request a Review
Email support@ryze-fit.com with:
- Your account email
- The date and amount of the payment
- A clear description of what happened
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, chat exports)
We respond to refund inquiries within 5 business days.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under Saudi consumer protection law. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.
