Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ryze Fit. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who We Are
Ryze Fit is a platform operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that connects fitness trainers with clients. We provide the technology; the trainers provide the coaching services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Trainers must provide accurate verification documents (Saudi national ID and relevant professional certifications) before accepting clients. We may reject or remove any account that provides false information.
3. Trainer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience.
- Maintain an active platform subscription to retain access to your client roster.
- Set clear coaching plans with honest pricing before accepting clients.
- Review and verify client payment receipts honestly. Approving a fraudulent receipt you should have caught is your financial responsibility.
- Design programs appropriate to each client's stated goals, medical notes, and experience level.
- Respond to client messages in a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48 hours on business days).
- Use the archive feature honestly. Archiving a client solely to avoid service delivery after receiving payment is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your goals, medical conditions, and any limitations relevant to exercise.
- Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or diet program if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
- Pay agreed coaching fees via the bank transfer instructions provided by your trainer.
- Do not forge or misrepresent payment receipts.
- Treat your trainer and other users with respect. Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct may result in account suspension.
5. Subscription & Billing (Trainers)
Trainers subscribe to a platform tier (Starter, Pro, or Elite) via Moyasar. A 14-day free trial is available once per trainer, provided the trainer is verified. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. A 24-hour grace period applies after a subscription period ends; after that, the subscription is marked as expired and the trainer cannot add new clients until they renew.
6. Coaching Payments (Clients)
Client-to-trainer payments are made via bank transfer. The client uploads a receipt, and the trainer verifies it before activation. Ryze Fit is not responsible for the terms, duration, quality, or outcomes of individual coaching arrangements between trainers and clients — these are agreements between the two parties. However, we will intervene in cases of clear fraud or policy violation.
7. No Refund Policy
Coaching payments between clients and trainers are non-refundable through the platform. See our Refund Policy for details. Disputes should first be attempted between the two parties. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to us at support@ryze-fit.com.
8. End of Coaching Relationship
A trainer may end a coaching relationship (archive a client) with a stated reason. When this happens, the client immediately loses access to their trainer's plans, nutrition, and chat. Clients who have been archived can browse the marketplace and request another trainer. Clients cannot self-terminate their coaching mid-period; however, clients can refuse to renew at the end of their period.
9. Content & Intellectual Property
Workout programs, nutrition plans, and written content created by a trainer remain the intellectual property of that trainer. By uploading content to Ryze Fit, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. You may not reproduce or resell another user's content outside the platform without their explicit permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use Ryze Fit for any illegal purpose or in violation of Saudi law.
- Impersonate another person, forge verification documents, or misrepresent your qualifications.
- Upload harmful content or attempt to breach platform security.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute other users' content without permission.
- Solicit clients to move payments or coaching off-platform to avoid our terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Some data (payment records, verification documents) may be retained as required by law.
12. Disclaimers
Ryze Fit provides a platform, not medical advice. Programs and advice from trainers are general fitness guidance, not medical treatment. Always consult a physician before beginning exercise or changing your diet. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Ryze Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Ryze Fit in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Ryze Fit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
